The first recovery program we offer to many of our patients is our partial hospitalization program or PHP. During PHP, you can gain access to outstanding care that is centered on what makes you and your addiction unique, like psychiatric care and group therapies. However, you are not obligated to stay in our addiction treatment center overnight or for an extended period. When your day’s treatments and care options are concluded, you can go home, clock into work, pick up your kids from school, or whatever else you need to do that day. In this way, PHP is a great option for people who want to fight addiction before it becomes completely paralyzing in their day-to-day lives.
Benefits of PHP for drug and addiction treatments are:
Greater flexibility in treatment scheduling and routines
Allows you to continue work and education unhindered
Integrating care into your daily life reinforces its importance
Access to specialized care like withdrawal symptom control
Most PHP patients sign up for a 30-day program, too. In just one month’s time, you can be on your way to lasting sobriety.
Our second recovery program is the intensive outpatient program or IOP, which lasts between four to six weeks. IOP is better for patients who have undergone inpatient care, such as hospitalization with psychiatric care and prescription regimens, and now need to gradually transfer to outpatient care, so that they can live their lives normally again while recovering. Before we enter anyone into our IOP, we first like to conduct multiple evaluations to ensure their health and wellbeing are good matches for that type of care and treatment.
Our evaluations will consider your:
Physical health
Medical history and current needs
Psychological wellbeing
Social requirements or desires
Like our PHP, our intensive outpatient program can allow you to pursue other avenues of your daily life while recovering. For example, you can come to our addiction recovery center in the morning before going to work in the afternoon and then home at night. We promote independence while also focusing on the security and stability of your sobriety.
